CGTech's flagship product, Vericut, reads a tool path and simulates NC machining. The program checks for tool path errors such as collisions, gouges, rapid feed errors, etc. Vericut also automatically optimizes feed rates to make NC programs fater and more efficient. Programmers can even use the product to model and simulate every CNC machine in the shop. Among its many benefits, Vericut greatly reduces the chances for machine errors and broken tooling, reduces scrap material, increases productivity, and minimizes (or eliminates) prove-outs. Vericut uses G-codes or CAM output.
